Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, in growing anticipation:

“I desire to depart and be with Christ…”
(Philippians 1:23)

Paul could truthfully say that Jesus…

because of what he saw.

You gave him a brief glimpse of heaven

showing him things too wonderful –
or perhaps simply impossible –
to describe.

Again and again, You appeared to him

encouraging him during some of his most trying hours.

You’ve done none of that for me.

But You’ve treated me infinitely better than I deserve!

So by faith I say with Paul:

I desire – in Your perfect way and time –

to go to heaven
and be with You.
